RETURN POLICY

Most pieces are handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us of your return within 14 days of your order's receipt at returns@flowingturquoise.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

In stock pieces and orders cancelled (BEFORE SHIPMENT) within 2 days of original order are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. 

If you wish to return an item after the 14 day period, a $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international orders return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the funds refund to complete.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased using a discount code or in conjunction with a promotion are also final sale. Exceptions will be made for discount codes on a case by case basis. 

All refunds will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for www.flowingturquoise.com. 

GIFT CARDS SALES ARE FINAL SALE.

We will not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. Please include the original packaging with your return.
