How do I care for my jewelry?

How do I create a customer account?

You can click on the icon located in the top right corner of our home page, or click HERE

 

Do I need an account to purchase off your website?

Although a customer account is recommended, it is not a requirement to have one to purchase. Simply click on the checkout as guest option and you will be prompted to do so as a guest.

Creating a customer account will store a log of your orders with us, as well as their corresponding order numbers in the event that you need to access them at a later date.

 

PRODUCTS

What happens if a product is out of stock?

That’s the beauty of being a made-to-order business! The products available on our website are available for order until they are taken off our website. We reserve the right to remove items without prior notification, however we wouldn't take something away from you without at LEAST giving you a heads up. 

 What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to orders@flowingturquoise.com. A member of our team would be happy to help you :) 

 

Can I order a custom piece?

Of course you can! You can send an email to sales@flowingturquoise.com or click HERE, and a member of our team will get back to you ASAP.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each of our orders is carefully wrapped so it looks pretty no matter who orders it. However if you want to ensure it is wrapped as a gift, please leave a note in the notes section at checkout.

We also have gift boxes available for purchase. Click HERE to shop them.

Or, you can contact us at orders@flowingturquoise.com after you place your order and we can include a gift receipt.

We are only offering e-giftcards at this time, but we plan to offer physical ones in the future.
